Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rk444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rk444 website located at rk444.ws and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered thereon.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acknowledgement checkbox, or by placing any bet or wager on the rk444 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must not use any part of the rk444 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the rk444 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and rk444.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

rk444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following a transaction that triggers our internal risk thresholds. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification, such as a national identity card or passport, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address.

Account Registration

To access the full range of rk444 services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly should it change at any point after registration.

rk444 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the rk444 platform at any time. Attempting to open or operate more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Upon detection of duplicate accounts, rk444 reserves the right to:

• Merge or close all duplicate accounts without prior notice;
• Void any bets placed from a duplicate account;
• Confiscate any bonus funds or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts;
• Permanently ban the player from re-registering on the rk444 platform.

rk444 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee that an account will be activated.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rk444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or use any account belonging to another player.

rk444 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor SMS authentication, available from the account security settings page. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access. You are also advised to use a strong, unique password for your rk444 account and to avoid using the same password across multiple online services.

You must notify rk444 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised, if you detect any unauthorised account activity, or if you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission. rk444 will investigate all security reports promptly and take appropriate remedial action.

rk444 accepts no liability for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential, or from your authorising or negligently permitting a third party to access your account. All transactions carried out using valid account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the registered account holder unless and until rk444 receives a formal security report to the contrary.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rk444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. rk444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where operationally possible.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your rk444 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rk444 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rk444 accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the deposit page at the time of initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever operationally feasible. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional identity verification is required.

rk444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above platform-defined thresholds. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is approved;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with deposited funds must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted;
• rk444 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending a fraud or risk review, during which time the relevant funds will remain in your account balance but will not be transferable;
• rk444 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee, though minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.

rk444 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal back to your account balance if a verification check cannot be completed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe. Any reversal will be communicated to you via the email or phone number registered to your account.

Bonuses and Promotions

rk444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each offer, and which shall form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this document, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all rk444 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiple and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Minimum Odds: Free bets and matched deposit bonuses may only be applied to bets meeting a stated minimum odds threshold, where specified.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device/IP address.
• Abuse Prevention: rk444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage staking, wagering on opposite outcomes across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational betting intent.

rk444 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed on the basis of a promotion that was subsequently withdrawn due to a technical error, pricing error, or abuse will be settled at the standard market price without the promotional component.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the rk444 platform are governed by the sport-specific and game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the rk444 website. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet type. rk444 strongly encourages all players to familiarise themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting conditions apply across all rk444 sports and casino products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn unless the relevant market is voided by rk444 under the circumstances described below;
• rk444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price due to a system error, data feed failure, or human entry error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance in full;
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or closed by rk444 at any time during an event without prior notice;

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, the player must contact rk444 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated and the original settlement will stand as final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any account balance.

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information at any stage of the account process;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets on any event where you have prior knowledge that the result has been fixed, manipulated, or influenced by corrupt means;
• Money Laundering: Using rk444 accounts for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime, or to conceal the origins of illicitly obtained funds;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus promotions through low-risk staking patterns, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Automated Betting: Use of robots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or multiplayer game environment on rk444;
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the rk444 platform, circumvent security measures, or interfere with platform infrastructure in any way.

rk444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity connected to an rk444 account. Information regarding suspected illegal activity may be disclosed to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rk444 platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational betting and gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any rk444 content without prior written authorisation;

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk444 and its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the rk444 platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, rk444 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, including as a result of scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or force majeure events;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by third-party data feed failures or system errors — subject always to the bet dispute resolution procedure described in Section 7;
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

rk444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your rk444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rk444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments and Termination

rk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, rk444 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number held on file, or via a prominent notice displayed on the rk444 website. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may terminate your rk444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts subject to an active investigation for a suspected breach of these Terms may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

rk444 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited activity described in Section 8, provided false or misleading information, or if continued maintenance of your account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.
